Title When to apply wrinkle Perfecter 24K Gold

Hi


I just bought the 2x power syn-ake wrinkle perfecter. Do I apply after cleansing? Can I apply around the eye area as well? If yes, will it develop melia seeds around the eye area?


Please advise asap.
